The May meeting of the North Olympic Brewers Guild will be held on Sunday May 17th, at 2pm, at Keith Barnett's house. Please note; this will be a Sunday meeting rather than the usual Saturday. Keith lives at 231 Madrona Terrace in Sequim.
Please try to attend this important meeting as we will be discussing the direction the club will be taking in the future. We would like to get input from as many members as possible on the future of our club in areas such as structure, format of meetings, future events etc. If you are not able to make this meeting please email NOBG and let us know in what direction you would like to see the club moving. Please try to get an email sent before the meeting on May 17th so that your input can be heard.
Hope to see you all there and keep brewing. Of course as always we will be tasting each others homebrew and having a good time.
Cheers!

April Meeting Announcement

The April meeting of the North Olympic Brewer's Guild will be held Saturday, April 18th at 2pm at Peak's Brewpub in Port Angeles. Once again, Ed, Wanda, Jeff and Co. will host our group, and showcase some of their own beers as well as select favorites from throughout the Northwest.
The North Olympic Brewers Guild would like to invite all homebrewers, brewmasters and beer enthusiasts to come to our April meeting. Be sure to bring a friend, and a sample of your favorite homebrew.
The March NOBG meeting was well-attended, and our host Keith described his recent pursuits to become a certified beer taster. Even more exciting was the addition of new members, including Keith (the other one), Nancy, Sam and Karl (who broke the record for longest distance traveled...all the way from Clallam Bay!). Everyone brought beer to share, which had us all feeling good by the time our meeting was over. Thanks again to Keith (the first one) for hosting!

March Meeting Announcement
The March meeting of the North Olympic Brewer's Guild will be held Sunday, March 22nd at 2pm at the home of Keith Barnett in Sequim. Keith is one of our charter members and lives at 231 Madrona Terrace.
Please note the change from our usual Saturday meeting, but don't miss this opportunity to connect with other homebrewers from throughout the the North Olympic Peninsula. Keith will also feature a tutorial on beer tasting, and welcomes everyone to bring a sample of their favorite brew to share.

Our February meeting included a small, but mighty crowd. We had three new members join us who are just starting out with brewing. Rich and Brian shared some of their handiwork, while Ed and Jeff shared some of their insight from a Brewmaster's perspective. Thanks again to Peak's Pub for hosting the event, and for being such a strong supporter of homebrewers throughout the region.
